§ Mr. DAYasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether it is proposed in the near future to introduce legislation amending the Children Act, 1908, in respect of Scotland?
Mr. W. ADAMSONI understand that my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department has under consideration the question of introducing legislation to amend the Children Act, 1908. That Act applies to Scotland, and the present intention is that any amending Bill will also apply to Scotland.
