§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONThe estimated cost to the Road Fund of the two schemes to which the right hon. Gentleman refers and of other special schemes in London now in progress or in contemplation, towards which grants have been promised, is approximately £9,000,000, excluding any grants which may be made towards approved schemes in respect of Charing Cross, Waterloo and Putney Bridges.
