§ Mr. LAWSONNo extra financial expenditure will fall upon my Department in connection with this inquiry which has been conducted by the Lord Mayor of Liverpool. My Department lent its services for the collection of information. The report of the inquiry has already been published under the authority of the Lord Mayor. It is not proposed to make it a Government publication.
