§ Miss BONDFIELDOn 31st October there were 160 schemes being undertaken in the West Riding with assistance from various grant-making Departments, the total value of which exceeds £3,000,000. In addition there are 283 schemes to be undertaken in this area, the total value of which is about £3,500,000 either approved but not yet commenced, or still under consideration.
