§ Mr. GREENWOODAccording to the Census of 1921 there were in the administrative County of London 18,969, and in county boroughs 57,389, structurally separate dwellings vacant on Census night, including those vacant by reason of the temporary absence of the usual occupier. No information is available as to the number vacant in the other years mentioned.
