ROBERTSIt is already an instruction that the independent medical advisers are free to examine personally, or to obtain an independent medical examination of, any officer or man whose claim may be referred to them, whenever they consider this is necessary. Nothing therefore would be gained by adopting the course suggested by the hon. and gallant Member.
