§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONThe Electricity Commissioners inform me that they have before them an application for a Special Order for distribution powers over the whole of the unoccupied areas in the county, and also a competing application for a part of that area. At the moment the Commissioners are awaiting the submission of a revised technical scheme for the larger application before proceeding with the consideration of the two competing applications.
