§ Dr. ADDISONFull information concerning the finance of each of the farm settlements established under the Small Holdings (Colonies) Acts, some of which were carried on as farms, is contained in the volumes of Trading Accounts and Balance Sheets which have been issued annually since 1920, by the Comptroller and Auditor-General, and presented to Parliament.
