§ Mr. GREENWOODThe Town Clerk of Blackburn has been informed that his communication will be brought to the notice of the Inter-Departmental Committee recently appointed to consider the working of the Rent Restrictions Acts. The facts stated are obviously such as to require full and careful consideration by the committee.
