§ Mr. GREENWOODI have no complete information on this subject, but at least 80 of the local authorities provide financial assistance for the unemployable blind under the Blind Persons Act, 1920. Thirty-two of these authorities and 11 other authorities have made declarations under the Local Government Act, 1929, which provide that all domiciliary assistance for the blind shall be given under the Blind Persons Act. I will send my hon. Friend a list of these authorities.
