§ Mr. LUNNI have been asked to reply to this question. The trade in rubber manufactured goods was recently surveyed by the Imperial Economic Committee, to whose 14th Report I would refer the hon. Member. Active measures are in the competent hands of various unofficial bodies, one of which, the Rubber Manufacturers Research Association, is in receipt of a Government grant.
