§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONThe pressure of Parliamentary business makes it unlikely that any legislation can be introduced in the near future for the purpose of amending the law as regards the stopping up and diversion of highways. The question is one that could most suitably be dealt with in connection with a general Bill for the amendment and consolidation of the law relating to highways.
