§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONI am aware that the Cardiff orbital road scheme is not yet commenced, mainly owing to difficulties in connection with the acquisition of land and property. I understand that the corporation propose to make an order for the compulsory acquisition of land and easements required for the scheme, under Sections 2 and 3 of the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930. Such an order is subject to confirmation by myself, and when it reaches me I shall deal with it as promptly as possible.
