§ Mr. GROVESasked the Minister of Health the details of the letter which his Department proposes to issue to the West Ham Public Assistance Committee, in respect to freedom from attachment of old age pensions from such persons entering a rate-aided institution for surgical or medical treatment; whether 1499W such order applies to the country as a whole or only West Ham in particular; and, if so, the reasons why this area is singled out for special treatment?
