SOMERVILLEasked the Home Secretary whether copies of the accounts of the Metropolitan Police Fund, which were ordered by this House to be printed on 29th April, 1930, have been sent to the clerks of the parishes, etc., named in Appendix A; and whether the precepting authorities are furnished with a more detailed return showing the strength of police on duty in the respective parishes on which the rate is levied?
§ Mr. CLYNESThe Metropolitan Police Fund Accounts have been placed on sale (price 4d.) and no free distribution to local authorities has been made.
