§ Dr. SHIELSThe Bill was passed in the Federal Council on 30th January, 1929, but was not to come into force until a date to be notified in the Federated Malay States Gazette. So far as my Noble Friend is aware, no such 599W notification has yet been published, and inquiry will be made as to when the law will be brought into operation.
