Mr. A. HENDERSONFor the reasons given in my reply to the hon. Member for West Belfast on 11th November last, there is no British representative in Outer Mongolia. In the absence of such a representative, I have necessarily received no authoritative reports on the situation in this autonomous province of420W the Chinese Republic, or on its relations with the Soviet Union.
