§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONParticulars are being obtained with respect to the nature and volume of traffic and other conditions bearing on the proposal to construct a bridge at Queensferry. The prospects of the scheme being adopted, however, must largely depend upon the extent of the contributions towards the cost which the local authorities concerned are prepared to make. Consideration is also being given to proposals which have been made for the construction of a bridge at Alloa and Kincardine.
