§ Sir H. HOPEasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, in view of his inability to put the Agricultural Credits (Scotland) Act, Part I, into operation, he will take steps to extend the English Credits Act to Scotland in order to give to Scottish farmers the same credit facilities at present operating in England?
