HC Deb 09 May 1930 vol 238 cc1334-6W
Sir K. WOOD

asked the Minister of Transport whether his attention has been called to the inadequate and overcrowded travelling facilities provided by the Southern Railway Company for residents in the borough of Woolwich, particularly the early service from Eltham station on the Bexley Heath line; and whether he will communicate with the railway company on the matter?

Mr. HERBERT MORRISON

I have not recently received any complaint in regard to the travelling facilities mentioned, but I have communicated with the railway company in the matter and will let the right hon. Member know the result.
