asked the President of the Board of Trade what was the quantity and value of imports of potatoes from 1st January to 30th April, 1930?

As stated in the issue of the "Accounts relating to Trade and Navigation" for March last, the total imports of potatoes into Great Britain and Northern Ireland registered during the period from 1st January to 31st March, 1930, amounted to 142,848 cwts., of a declared value of £107,196. Particulars of the imports during April are not yet available.
