§ Mr. W. GRAHAMI have no knowledge of the Committee to which my hon. Friend refers, but I am informed that the British Medical Association are setting up a committee to consider the desirability of providing special postgraduate facilities for ship surgeons; but as far as I am aware this will not be concerned with their pay and conditions.
