§ Miss BONDFIELDNo permits have been issued by my Department in 1930 to enable nationals of the Union of Socialist Soviet Republics to receive in- 627W struction with British industrial concerns, and, so far as is known, there are no nationals of that Government at present in this country with Ministry of Labour permits for the purpose referred to.
