Mr. THOMASNo formal application for grant has been received from the Tottenham Urban District Council by the Unemployment Grants Committee, but they are in communication with the council in regard to a scheme that is under contemplation. The council are also in consultation with the Ministry of Transport in regard to two road schemes.
