ROBERTSWith regard to the first and last parts of the question, I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the reply which I gave yesterday to the hon. and gallant Member for Carnarvon (Major Owen) of which I am sending him a copy. With regard to the second part. of the question, comparable figures for any preceding period for this class of case are not available, but the number of cases dealt with is now, 1 believe, substantially higher than before.
