GRAHAMWhilst any reduction in the price of electrical apparatus generally would no doubt be of assistance to rural electrification, I have no reason to suppose that the present price of electric lamps is such as to constitute by itself any serious obstacle to that process. Should, however, the, hon. Member have any evidence to that effect, I should be happy to consider it.
