§ Mr. CLYNESI regret that I am unable to meet the hon. Member's request. The figures he asks for are not available and, while it would be possible to extract some figures on the subject—which would, however, only be very partial—from the returns furnished by factory occupiers, this could not, I am advised, be done without a special tabulation involving considerable labour and expense which would not, in my opinion, be justified.
