§ Miss BONDFIELDAt 17th February, 1930, the persons on the register of the Leyton and Walthamstow Employment Exchange represented 6.9 per cent. of the estimated insured population of that area. I regret that statistics of the average 1523W period of unemployment of claimants to benefit are not available in respect of individual Exchanges.
