§ Mr. CLYNESThe report will be presented without any avoidable delay, but it is obvious that a little time must elapse. Perhaps the hon. Member would be good enough to renew his question after the Easter Recess if the report has not been presented meanwhile. I cannot at present state what opportunities will be available for its discussion.
