§ Mr. BENNIn accordance with the agreement between the Government of India and the Indian Broadcasting Company the annual licence fee was fixed at 10 rupees, of which 20 per cent. was retained by Government. I have no information regarding the total amount collected, but have seen it stated that the total number of licences issued up to the beginning of this year was about 9,000.
