§ Mr. W. R. SMITHTaking England, Scotland and Ireland together, wireless beacons are in course of erection at Lundy Island, North Foreland, North Ronaldshay, Butt of Lewis, Mizon Head and Tory Island, and sanction has recently been given to the erection during 1930–1931 of beacons at the Mull of Kintyre and May Island. There are now in operation 10 wireless beacons on shore, and three in light vessels.
