§ Mr. LANSBURYThe answers to the first and second parts of the question are in the affirmative. As regards the third and fourth parts, I have ascertained that a few couplers of the type referred to were used at one stage to save time, and have since been replaced by couplers of British manufacture. As regards the remainder of the question, I am satisfied that the contract has been carried out satisfactorily.
