§ Mr. MONTAGUEI am satisfied that municipalities as a whole are keenly alive to the importance of providing aerodromes and the progress which is being made with their actual provision is, I think, encouraging. My Noble Friend regrets that it is not possible to give financial assistance from public funds, but the Air Ministry is always ready to give expert advice and all other help possible to local authorities who are considering schemes for aerodromes.
