Bateman, of 32, Mildmay Grove, London, N., in a claim against the Pearl Insurance Company regarding the issue of five policies on the life of a child; and 461W will he submit this ease to the Industrial Assurance Commissioner as a claim for the repayment to Mr. Bateman of the moneys paid?
