Mr. A. HENDERSON, Junr.,asked the Minister of Health whether the number of franked stamps credited to an unemployed insured person is effective in determining qualifications for pensions under the Widows', Orphans' and Old Age Contributory Pensions Act, 1925; and, if not, whether he will consider an amendment of the law so as to render such franked stamps effective under the said Act?
