§ Mr. BENNThe information asked for could not be given without reference to the Government of India and Provincial Governments, and its collation would entail much labour. Perhaps the purpose of my hon. and gallant Friend will be served by certain references in the memoranda submitted by the Government of India and each of the local Governments reproduced in the recently published volumes of the Indian Statutory Commission, of which I am sending him particulars.
