§ Sir W. de FRECEasked the Minister of Labour if she will state the reply sent by the British Government to the International Labour Office with respect to the questionnaire on hours of work; whether the British Government agreed to the inclusion of those connected with the theatre and other entertainments; and what action has been taken at Geneva this month on this subject?
§ Miss BONDFIELDI would refer the hon. Member to the reply on this subject given to the hon. Member for Wolverhampton, East (Mr. Mander) on 9th April, in which the attitude of the Government is fully stated. The subject is still under discussion by a Committee of the International Labour Conference and no report has yet been made to the Conference.
