Captain MACDONALDasked the Secretary of State for India whether any steps are contemplated to secure a popular circulation in India of the report of the Simon Commission; and, if not, whether, in order to prevent the dissemination of misconceptions respecting the contents of the report, he will suggest to the Government of India that action in this direction is desirable?
