§ Mr. O'CONNORasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that the first cadet battalion, the King's Royal Rifle Corps, has the unique privilege of carrying war honours, namely, South Africa, 1900–2, on its accoutrements; whether it is proposed to withdraw this privilege from the battalion; and whether he can see his way to permit this battalion to continue to enjoy its privilege?
