§ Mr. LAWSONBetween 30th December, 1929, and 28th April, 1930, 1,663 persons on the registers of the Devonport Employment Exchange and 1,867 on the registers of the Plymouth Exchange were placed in employment by those Exchanges. Separate statistics distinguishing persons in receipt of benefit from those not in receipt of benefit are not available.
