§ Miss BONDFIELDThe number of alien dance and restaurant musicians employed on permit in this country at the present time is 68, of which number 45 are in dance bands. In addition, there are in the country under permit at present the New York Philharmonic Orchestra of about 120 performers, which is giving four performances, and a small number of concert artistes.
