TREVELYANI am unable to state the exact number of school camps arranged by local education authorities, as a number of authorities have not yet submitted particulars of their arrangements for the present season. Arrangements already approved will involve expenditure of about £13,000 from public funds, apart from contributions by parents or from voluntary sources. Grant from the Board in respect of this expenditure will amount to, approximately, £3,800.
