Mr. JAMES WELSH (Paisley)asked the Secretary of State for Scotland the number of housing schemes since 1919 built by the corporation of Glasgow in which the roads and sewers were carried out by direct labour, and the estimated cost of roads and sewers in each scheme, the value of the work carried out, the actual cost of the work, and the savings obtained?
