§ Mr. MANDERasked the President of the Board of Education whether full effect is being given to the recommendations of the League of Nations sub-committee of experts and those of the joint committee of associations of local education authorities and teachers on education in the aims and work of the League?
§ Sir C. TREVELYANI am watching with interest the endeavours which are being made to extend and improve instruction in the aims and work of the League of Nations. While I am unable to state in detail the action taken as a result of the recommendations to which the hon. Member refers, I have every reason to believe that increased attention is being given to this subject by teachers, local authorities and governing bodies.
