§ Mr. JOHNSTONThe permanent secretary, two assistant secretaries, the accountant and the larger part of the staff of the Department have been stationed at an office in Edinburgh for many years. My right hon. Friend is satisfied that the results contemplated in the latter part of the question are fully attained under this arrangement.
