§ Mr. LAWSONAt the present time there are no such arrangements, but I am in consultation with the education authority on the subject and, if conditions remain as at present, arrangements will, I hope, be made after the school holidays to provide courses of instruction for unemployed boys and girls resident in the Woolwich area.
