§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONSo far as the London traffic area is concerned, I would refer the hon. Member to the London Traffic (Unhired Cabs) Regulations, 1927, of which I am sending him a copy. So far as I am aware, there are no general powers to make Regulations on this subject outside the London traffic area, and I have no knowledge of any Regulations which may have been made under special powers conferred by Private Acts.
