§ Mr. LANSBURYI would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave on this subject on the 2nd of this month. To that reply I may add that I have under preparation a Bill to give my Department adequate powers to protect the surroundings of ancient monuments, including those of Hadrian's Wall.
