SOMERVILLEasked the Minister of Health whether, following his interview with the representatives of the National Playing Fields Association, he has found it possible to take any action to safeguard the playing fields of the poorer classes of the community against high rates; and, if so, the nature of the action he intends to take?
§ Mr. GREENWOODI understand that the National Playing Fields Association are in communication with the Central Valuation Committee with a view to formulation by the committee of recommendations for the guidance of rating authorities and assessment committees.
