§ Mr. SHINWELLInformation relating to export of anthracite from Russia is contained in the Foreign Trade Accounts of the Soviet Union, which do not, however, include separate particulars as to destination of this class of coal. Prior to July, 1929, exports over the Asiatic borders were excluded and the figures therefore are not comparable with those for subsequent months.
